In this patch I decided to experiment with cross modulation between a clocked LFO and an LFO oscillating at a random rate. I patched their outputs to the CV input of each other’s rise and fall times. Using stackable patch cables I split the output signal of each LFO and fed them through 2 separate VCAs. I had a sequencer controlling the pitch of an oscillator clocked using the clocked LFO and patched it through the 2 VCAs. I found interesting herky jerky rhythms were created. When I changed the rise and fall of each LFO there were changes in the placement of the rhythms created.
